Every YCP chapter pays $5,000 in chapter fees to National each year. In the launch year, the $5k is lumped into the startup costs. Starting in year 2 and onwards, chapters will owe $416 dollars a month invoiced via Bill.com. Notifications will be sent to the finance@ycp<chapter>.org email and can be seen within the Bill.com dashboard as well. 

The chapter fees can be paid manually each month or autopay can be set up to automatically pay these bills when they are due. Please see this article on autopay if that is of interest.
