Each month, YCP National hosts an hour-long onboarding meeting for new leaders of existing chapters. This is a required training session for all new YCP Chapter leaders that covers YCP's mission, organizational structure, and the tools available to our volunteers to ensure their success. 

If a new leader has a conflict on the night of the onboarding session, they should let the YCP Training Coordinator know. The Training Coordinator can invite them to the following month's onboarding meeting or send a recording to be watched.
